Q Why have I been invited to visit an area resort?
A Your invitation is a chance to find out about an exciting approach to vacation ownership. During your vacation you are required to attend an approximately 90- to 120-minute tour and sales presentation where you will learn about the benefits of vacation ownership and how to vacation when and where you want. You are under no obligation to purchase a timeshare interest.
Q When will I take my tour and sales presentation?
A We will schedule a tour time upon your arrival at our Welcome Center. You must check in at the designated welcome desk in the lobby of The Fountains Resort.
QWill I be staying in a Bluegreen resort during my vacation?
A Resort accommodations are reserved for our owners and their guests. We will arrange for you to stay at an independently owned and operated select area hotel. Guests may have the option to upgrade their hotel accommodations to a Bluegreen resort for a fee per night, subject to availability and based on seasonability.
Q How many people can I bring?
A For this Orlando package we can accommodate up to four travelers plus one child less than 12 years of age in a select area hotel for no additional charge.
Q Do I have to purchase anything?
A You are under no obligation to purchase a timeshare interest in order to participate in this promotional offer, however we are confident that you will like what you see, and you’ll find Bluegreen resort ownership to be a great value!
Q What if I have to reschedule?
A Customers must advise the Reservation Department at 800.864.7565 of intent to cancel at least 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival. Customers that fail to provide proper cancellation notice or that wish to reschedule within the 30-day window will incur a $99.00 late cancel/rescheduling fee.
Notwithstanding the foregoing or otherwise, in no event may any vacation package or any component thereof be rescheduled for dates subsequent to the vacation package expiration date.
This vacation package is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or No-Show.
Q Are pets allowed?

Q Can I tour with a group?
A This offer is limited to one vacation per household and is not valid for groups. Package holders may only tour with the guests in their traveling party
